Smelting booking requests use WhatsApp. After you complete the form, your details are included in a message for you to send to our team. These requests are not stored by this website. WhatsApp processes messages according to its own privacy policy; do not include identity documents or other sensitive records in the initial request.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for these purposes and take reasonable measures to protect it.
